Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As you progress and meet your goals, we may transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins.

The duration varies for everyone. Some clients find short-term therapy (8-12 sessions) effective for specific issues, while others benefit from ongoing support for personal growth and deeper exploration.
How are therapy goals set?
